宮保雞丁

常聽愛FM，有助知識的增長。今天又增長了一個知識。宮保雞丁。 一直以為“宮保雞丁”是由廣東話直接翻譯過來的。又以為“宮保”帶有“用瓦煲”的意思。卻原來錯得徹底。 “丁”在這里解釋成“一小塊、一小塊”的意思。 據說x朝代有一個叫丁寶禎的官，喜歡用干辣椒加上甚麼的來炒切成小塊的雞肉。每每請客時就一定會有這一道菜色。 由于這個丁寶禎的官職被稱作“宮保”，所以大家都把那道菜色稱為“宮保雞丁”了。 突然間查到維基的資料，又不舍得刪除自己的文章，我愛死了自己的文章。。。。所以，請去看維基： http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%AB%E4%BF%9D%E9%B8%A1%E4%B8%81 Tweet
